What the purchase includes

The $15 digital edition of Phantaghiro in the Moribund World — Issue 1 includes Windows and separate Mac downloads for Apple Silicon and Intel in one purchase. The interactive hub and illustrated chronicle are supplied as one digital product.

After Stripe confirms payment, the confirmation page provides private download links for both editions. Links expire after one hour; save the files locally. If delivery fails or a link expires before download, contact phanicomstudio@gmail.com using the email associated with the Stripe receipt. Phanicom aims to acknowledge delivery and support requests within two business days.

Refunds

Send refund requests to phanicomstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the Stripe receipt email and a short description of the problem. Requests are reviewed individually, including accidental duplicate purchases, failed delivery, materially defective delivery, and unrecoverable compatibility failures. A refund revokes further download access. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

Personal-use license

The purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to use the supplied Macintosh and Windows editions and keep reasonable personal backup copies. It does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. The files may not be redistributed, resold, publicly hosted, shared outside the purchaser's personal use, or made available to others.

System requirements

• Macintosh: Apple silicon / ARM64 Mac. The current application is not Developer ID signed or notarized and may produce a macOS security warning.
• Windows: x86-64 Windows computer.
• Storage: at least 4 GB of free space to download and extract an edition.
• Input and display: keyboard, pointing device, audio output, and a display suitable for illustrated reading.
• Internet: required for purchase and download; ordinary use is designed to work offline.

Compatibility can vary by device and operating-system configuration. Phanicom does not promise operation on unsupported or materially modified systems.

Privacy and payment processing

Stripe processes checkout. Phanicom receives the order and payment-status information needed to deliver the purchase, prevent fraud, provide support, process refunds, and maintain business and tax records. Phanicom does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

The fulfillment service records the Stripe Checkout reference, product, payment status, purchaser email when supplied, payment-intent reference, and relevant timestamps. For delivery support, it also records which platform's authorized download began, the number of starts, and the first and most recent start times. It does not use this record to claim that a browser completed or saved the entire file, and it does not add an IP address or browser fingerprint to the order's download record. The order reference in the confirmation URL is private. Platform-specific download links expire after one hour, and current order status is checked before every download.

Transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud, dispute, and legal obligations; operational fulfillment records are minimized when no longer required.

Availability

Direct checkout is initially available to customers in the United States. Physical editions are separate and available only by direct inquiry. Sales are unavailable where prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider restrictions.
